Presenting your Paper @ Conference

All accepted and registered delegates will be presenting their papers at the Conference in July. Presentations will be organized in sessions/panels of no more than 5 papers followed by a 15 minute debate. Prepare your presentation also for a 15 mn communication. We strongly recommend that you use some kind of visual support during your presentation – such as PowerPoint – and use your own notes instead of reading your full paper.

If you are using PowerPoint, you can send it to us by email – refer to your abstract code in the subject line – so that we can assure a smoother transition between presentations and avoid/correct any glitches. If you prefer not to send your PowerPoint prior to your arrival to the Conference, keep in mind that on the day of your registration, you’ll have to arrive earlier to upload your PowerPoint (so we can organize them) and won’t have time to correct any glitches.

Full Paper Submissions

Read the Author Guidelines section for submitting your full papers and check the Schedule for deadlines. All attending delegates MUST proceed with Registration and fee payment in order to present their papers in the Conference.
Papers must be sent to the Conference's email: conference.urbancreativity@gmail.com

Please, mention your abstract code in the subject line when submitting.
