Seminar Venues


The Lisbon Street Art & Urban Creativity International Seminar is taking place in 2 Venues: "Lagoa Henriques" auditorium of the 
Faculty of Fine Arts in Lisbon: Lisboa, Largo da Academia de Belas Artes
And in Mouraria Creative Hub: Lisboa, Rua dos Lagares, 23 
The venues are at 10 min walking distance from each other. Due to its central and historical location, the conference venues will also allow attendants and participants to contact with the cultural and artistic axis that are located in the Baixa/Chiado/Bairro Alto vectors as well Mouraria area. Apart from crossing the cultural and historical memory of the city, they are also educational, economical and political clusters for the city and the country.

Inaugurated in 25th of May 2015, Mouraria Creative Hub is part of a strategy of the Municipality for the regeneration of Mouraria neighbourhood, for the promotion of cultural and creative industries in the city of Lisbon.

The Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Lisbon, which is located downtown, in Lisbon's heart. The location is known as Baixa-Chiado, one of the most important places of the Portuguese history and culture. The Faculty of Fine Arts shares a Franciscan Convent, founded in the 13th century, with the National Academy of Arts, the former Royal Academy of Arts, founded in 1836, and with the National Museum of Contemporary Art (known as Chiado Museum)
